Krum Heritage Museum
The Krum Heritage Museum is located in downtown Krum, Texas in the old Farmers & Merchants State Bank building at 150 W. McCart St. Krum. The museum is open on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Other days by appointment only.
At the museum, you will find old photos of Krum & families of Krum as well as old maps, Krum cattle brands, school room including the old school bell and sports trophies. In the business room, you will see memorabilia from many Krum businesses as well as old business ads. At the Military Wall of Honor, you will see pictures of Krum soldiers and also a special tribute to those Krum soldiers who died while serving.
On our second floor (elevator access) you will see additional displays on the railroad, farm display, telephone display, Dolls from around the World, Butterfly/moth exhibit, Boy/Girl Scout display and a fossil/arrowhead exhibit as well as an old kitchen, bedroom, dining room . We also have a game table so kids can play with games such as view master, and slinky and many more.
